FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions:

1. (Reports and Printing) When I try to print a resource that is found in a Lessons, nothing happens.
• Make sure that you do not "Popup Blocker enabled". These are PDF files and are opened in a separate Internet Browser window which is "like" a popup.
2. (Reports, Certificates, Printing) In the Administration program when I try to print a report or certificate, nothing happens after selecting "Open ...".
   • Make sure that you do not "Popup Blocker enabled". The reports and certificates are opened in a separate Internet Browser window which is "like" a popup.
3. (Certificates, Posttests) In the Administration section, when I try to print the Certificates it tells me that there weren't any records found for certificates.
   • Certificates will only be generated for Posttests that have a passing score (80%). They are not generated for Placement Tests. To know whether a Postttest has been passed, look at a Progress Report or Full Report or in the Student Progress and Setup screen - select a student, and if an exercise is listed with two ** next to it, then it is a Posttest and the student got a passing score.
